NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Substitute Trustee, Pill & Pill, PLLC, by that certain Deed of Trust dated February 4, 2013, executed by the Borrower, Daisel Morris, to Robert Alan Milner, Esquire, the Trustee, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Book 5050, at Page 4279. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 109 Washington Ave., Beckley, WV 25801. Pill & Pill, PLLC was appointed as Substitute Trustee by an APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE dated April 5, 2016, of record in the Clerk's Office in Book 5061, at Page 9228. The Borrower defaulted under the Note and Deed of Trust and the Substitute Trustee has been instructed to foreclose under the Deed of Trust. Being the same property conveyed to Mary Goode, widow, by Deed of Exchange dated November 6, 1980 of record in Deed Book 636, at page 782. The interest of Mary Goode, who departed this life February 15, 1990 was devised to Leon Morris by the Last Will and Testament of Mary Q. Goode of record in Will Book 46, page 429. The interest of Leon Morris, deceased, was devised to Daisel Morris by the Last Will and Testament of Leon Morris of record in Will Book 136, Page 1775.
